HW#12: Respond to Lord Acton's quote about power and corruption
An English philosopher once wrote, "All power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely." Do you think this is always true of humans? Use examples from current events, your own life, and/or history to prove your point of view. One page minimum.
