Continue researching information about the issue/activity/group for your project!
You should be adding what you find onto your group's google doc AND putting your name under what you contribute so you get credit for the work you are doing.

HW#11
"A Letter Home from a SNCC Volunteer" handout:
Imagine you are a SNCC volunteer preparing to go down to Mississippi to work on the Mississippi Summer Project (“Freedom Summer”) and you are writing your last letter to your parents or another family member before you and your fellow activists drive south. What are your motivations for going? What are your hopes for Mississippi, for yourself, for America? What are your fears (if you would admit them)? How would you explain why you are taking these risks? What arguments might they make against you going, and how would you answer those arguments?

How do some people in the documentary "Freedom Summer: Mississippi 1964" use education / learning / teaching as a force for positive change? How do some people use education / learning / teaching as a force for oppression / injustice? 1 page minimum. Make sure you are thinking of "education" not just in the traditional school sense, but in all ways that humans teach each other things and learn from each other.
